The Queen & Her Royal Court's Trip to the Country Living Fair & Market in Georgia

Well...The Cranky Queen & her gal pals (that are referred to as "Her Royal Court") made a trip to the Country Living Fair in Stone Mtn., Georgia...3 words describe this market "to die for!" We had to most wonderful time!  Great weather, great friends, great fellowship!
We had the Time of Our Lives!
Friendship woven together by a common thread...JUNK!
(LtoR) Wanda from Excuse Me Why I Buy This Junk, Melanie & me.

So I will share the highlights with you of our Royal Outing...
STOP #1~Earth Angels
STOP #2: The Happy Chair

The Happy Chair had the most funky and beautifully upholstered chairs that I have ever seen...fit for Royalty! You can find the creator at shawnarobinson.com
Can you pick your fav?

STOP #3:  The Charming Cherub
Melanie bought a great broken china necklace here!
Debra owner of The Charming Cherub, sold me this brooch 15 yrs. ago...she kindly re-furbished it for me at the show! She is crazy talented and I love, love, love her handmade jewelry. She is also an Alabama gal!

STOP #4:  Cash & Cari
Mel & I love this gal...very talented in her Estate Sale gigs!...& she is just adorable in real life!

STOP #5:  South Porch Antiques

This was my "belle of the ball" purchase...a very old Memory Jug!
Mel scored a "trophy wife" which was an adorable loving cup with a head & bodice of a plaster vintage lady
...& he, ladies, is the cutest cowboy ever...not from Texas...but New York!

NEXT STOP: Splurge Design
Luv the industrial look of their items!

Indigo Junction Was the Next Stop on The Trail
Melanie made my swing jacket from an Indygo Junction pattern purchased last year. The jacket is made from vintage bark cloth snagged on EBAY!  indygojunction.com

These ladies were "a hoot" & their tent set up & items to sell were amazing from Romantic Farmhouse!
My fav vendor & blog friend, Nancy's booth Sassy Trash www.sassytrash.blogspot.com

Just some other snapshots of the show!

Love this bag... this gal's boots were awesome too!

And lets not forget the amazing jewelry fit for the Queen!
 ...And purses...

Melanie literally walked the soles off her boots at the show!
Wanda & her daughter, Erin, spent some amazing quality time together...
Even found an old acquaintance (my last name is STEERS)
So by Sunday...the trunk was full...we were ecstatically tired...and already making plans for next year!
I think these posters sold at the show sums it up!

  10. I'm glad you took so many photos, but... you're just gonna have to learn how to crop mine off at shoulder level. I look like a bloated pumpkin. Maybe that's because I am, but the world doesn't have to know. LOL I'm thinking next year we need to arrange a blogger meet up at the fair. So many were there and none of us knew.
